Sarah Ellis is a fully qualified and fully licensed traditional acupuncturist.  She completed her three years’ degree level training at The Acupuncture Academy, Leamington Spa in 2022, and has previously completed courses in Biomedicine and Naturopathic Medicine in London. Sarah is a member of the British Acupuncture Council, and is registered with the Professional Standards Authority, which is a government-led body, set up to regulate health and social care providers in the UK.

Sarah specialises in Five Element acupuncture, and combines this with TCM, Cupping and Gua Sha techniques, in order to tailor a bespoke treatment plan to each of her patients.  As a Five Element practitioner, Sarah considers the Body, Mind and Spirit, which allows her to address symptoms at their root and bring about a deeper sense of well being.  Alongside improvements to their primary complaint, patients often notice that they are enjoying deeper sleep, better digestion, a lighter mood and more mobility after just a few sessions.

Acupuncture can be used to treat a diverse range of conditions, including mental ill-health, digestive symptoms, musculoskeletal pain, menopausal symptoms, reproductive issues, skin conditions, hay fever, headaches and pregnancy symptoms.  For further information, and examples of the latest acupuncture research, please visit www.sarahellisacupuncture.com.
