Did you know we’re a family-run business? Our boutique and treatment rooms are lovingly cared for by sisters Sarah and Harry.

We’ve been part of the Montpellier community since 2000. For many years, we were a Neal’s Yard Remedies franchise, but in October 2025 we became fully independent. Our new name, Sanctuary & Sage, was chosen to reflect what we’ve always aimed to offer: a sanctuary for wellbeing, guided by plant-based wisdom.
